The project is designed to offer freedom of movement, optimal views, flexibility of spaces and an authentic materiality! A unique plan adaption is laid out for flexibility and multiple uses, and materials like cork flooring, clay tiles, 90% recycled quartz countertop and terra-cotta breeze blocks are chosen with attention to sustainability & environmental consciousness. The exposed concrete columns in the living, bathroom and bedroom space act as a unifying material element while client contributions like the Red painting (by Nolan) and self-built Enzo Mari table (by Matt) add character and warmth to the space!
